▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing electroplating nickel-oxidized graphene-cerium composite coating comprises selecting plating solution and mixing uniformly to obtain plating solution, where the concentration of each raw material in the plating solution comprises 250 g/l nickel sulfate, 45 g/l nickel chloride, 0.4-1.2 g/l graphene oxide, 0.4-1.2 g/l cerium chloride, 40 g/l boric acid, 0.258 g/l sodium lauryl sulfate, 5 g/l citric acid; polishing the sample; ultrasonically cleaning; alkali washing degreasing; hydrochloric acid activating; placing plating solution into a plating tank using soluble nickel plate as anode, and Q235 steel plate as the cathode, and placing into plating solution in parallel, and mechanical stirring to disperse the plating solution. USE - Preparation method of nickel-oxidized graphene-cerium composite plating layer. Uses include but are not limited to aerospace, automobile and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The method provides plating nickel-oxidized graphene-cerium nano-composite plating layer with high hardness and lubricity, and improved surface quality, corrosion resistance and smoothness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an electroplating nickel-oxidized graphene-cerium composite plating layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a surface topography of the material prepared.
