▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of graphene/carbon nanotube/graphite film composite material involves using high molecular thin film material as raw material and a carbide furnace, putting into the graphitizing furnace, using chemical vapor deposition on the graphene and carbon nanotube to form a graphite film on the surface and coated with a mixed composite molding. USE - Preparation method of graphene/carbon nanotube/graphite film composite material used in electromagnetic shielding. ADVANTAGE - Material has high thermal conductivity, thus increasing heat transmission three-dimensionally and minimizing heat source temperature is reduced. Preparation process is simple, thus lowering the cost and making it suitable for industrial scale production.
