The oil gas outlets are connected to the bottom inlet and the bottom outlet of a graphene adsorbent tank. An oil return pipeline flowing to the fuel storage tank is formed at the bottom of the graphene adsorption tank and the fuel storing tank. An exhaust pipe is provided on the exhaust port of the graphene adsorption tank. A gas concentration detector (6) is arranged at the exhaust pipe. The tail end of the exhaust pipeline is an outer discharge end. A desorption system is configured in the graphene adsorption tank. The graphene adsorption tank is further configured with a desorption system.
