NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/carbon black composite powder by low temperature thermal expansion-milling comprises e.g. in ice water bath, stirring and adding graphite powder into the concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate, controlling the reaction temperature and stirring time, slowly adding deionized water, heating and continuously stirring, then adding hydrogen peroxide to the solution until it turns bright yellow, filtering when it is hot, and using hydrochloric acid solution and deionized water to wash until the filtrate until there is no sulfate radical. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/carbon black composite powder by low temperature thermal expansion-milling (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/carbon black composite powder by low temperature thermal expansion-milling comprises (i) in ice water bath, stirring and adding graphite powder into the concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate, controlling the reaction temperature and stirring time, slowly adding deionized water, heating and continuously stirring, then adding hydrogen peroxide to the solution until it turns bright yellow, filtering when it is hot, and using hydrochloric acid solution and deionized water to wash until the filtrate until there is no sulfate radical, at last, fully drying the filter cake, (ii) adding oxidized graphite in de-ionized water, placing in an ultrasonic cleaning machine for ultrasonication, preparing graphene oxide solution, adding conductive carbon powder into oven to dry, drying into the graphene oxide solution, using ultrasonic cleaning machine for ultrasonic dispersing, stirring, obtaining oxidized graphene/carbon black dispersion solution, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain the powder, (iii) graphene oxide/carbon black powder, reduction-oxidation graphene by thermal expansion, adding in nodular ball mill, obtaining graphene/carbon black composite powder.
