▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing method for doped graphene, comprises mixing using graphene or graphene derivatives (graphene oxide or reduced graphene), nitrogen-containing compounds (melamine or urea), sulfur-containing compounds (dibenzyl) Disulfide, P-toluenesulfonic acid) grinding, use 500-1000 degrees C thermal annealing under the protection of inert gas (argon or helium), and maintaining at constant temperature for 1-5 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain nitrogen, sulfur co-doped graphene, where nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene contains 1-8.8 at.% nitrogen and 0.5-1.7 at.% sulfur. USE - The method is useful for processing doped graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method adjusts the electronic energy band structure of graphene, finds that the nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene can exhibit good electro-catalytic activity; stability and high selectivity; the nitrogen-sulfur double-element co-doping can improve the performance of the graphene to have synergistic effect.
