NOVELTY - The material has a steel layer alternately overlapped with a graphene layer. An upper layer and a lowest layer of the graphene steel composite material along overlapping direction is provided with the steel layer. The graphene layer separates two adjacent steel layers, where thickness of the Graphene layer is measured for about 0.05 mm to 100 mm and thickness of the Steel layer is measured for about 0.1mm to 1mm. A part of Graphene in the Graphene layer is penetrated into the Steel layer. USE - Graphene steel composite material for an ice skate bracket(claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a Graphene Steel composite material manufacturing method.
