NOVELTY - Manufacture of electronic device involves preparing (S110) support substrate, forming (S120) graphene oxide on a support substrate and then forming a sacrificial layer, forming (S130) a base substrate on the sacrificial layer, and coating a solvent on the sacrificial layer to dissolve the sacrificial layer, and separating (S140) the base substrate from the support substrate. USE - Manufacture of electronic device (claimed) e.g. flexible device for tablet personal computer, smart phone, smart watch and smart glass. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides electronic device at controlled pyrolysis speed of sacrificial layer, according to the additive content of detachment controlling agent. The production process can be streamlined, large area application is facilitated, and fabrication cost is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for electronic device.
