NOVELTY - Preparing carbon nano-tube-graphene suspension comprises (i) selecting electrolytic dispersion of graphite material as anode from foil made of thermal expansion graphite modified by carbon nano-tube, the volume density is 1.5-6 g/dm3, passes through the electrolyte at a speed of 2-200 mm/h, and flowing the electrolyte at a controllable speed in an electric field of 2-60 V/cm; and (ii) dividing the electrolytic cell into an anode space and a cathode space by a film, placing a filter in the anode space, and using the filter to filter the coarsely dispersed heat-expanded graphite suspension. The aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide or alkali metal sulfate is used as the electrolyte solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon nano-tube-graphene suspension is useful in mechanical performance, electric performance and thermal performance. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare carbon nano tube-graphene suspension which has high volume density by ensuring the continuity of the process, and adjusting the size of the carbon nanotubes cluster particles.
