NOVELTY - A nitrogen doped nano graphene is prepared by mixing 1.0-5.0 mg/mL graphene dispersion solution and nitrogen source solution, magnetically stirring for 6-12 hours, centrifuging, removing supernatant, drying at 60 degrees C for 12 hours, adding liquid nitrogen at ratio of 1 g:50 mL, microwave heating at power of 500-1200 W for 5-180 seconds, drying, collecting solid residue, adding 30-200 mL solvent, ultrasonically dispersing for 5-30 minutes, stirring at speed of 2000-6000 revolutions/minute for 10-60 minutes, solid-liquid separating, collecting, and drying at 60-150 degrees C for 30-180 minutes. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen doped nano graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environment-friendly, has convenient operation and low production cost, and reduces production energy consumption.
