▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Transfer method of graphene film involves bonding substrate (14) and layer(s) of graphene film (12) formed on substrate (11) using an adhesive resin layer (13) in which the volatile substance content is less than 1 wt.%, and then removing substrate (14). USE - Transfer method of graphene film used for manufacture of transparent conductive film for display, touch panel and dye-sensitized solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method is efficiently carried out. The transparent conductive film has excellent adhesiveness with respect to substrate and is free from defects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of transparent conductive film.
