NOVELTY - A silicon carbide/graphene core-shell structure nanomaterial is prepared by heating silicon carbide into heating furnace at 400-650 degrees C to remove carbon, soaking into hydrogen fluoride solution for 20-26 hours to obtain pretreated silicon carbide, repeatedly washing with deionized water, filtering, drying into oven to obtain desired silicon carbide, weighing metal powder or compound, punching graphite paper to obtain punched graphite paper, laying metal powder or compound, punched graphite paper, and desired silicon carbide into graphite crucible bottom, and covering. USE - Preparation of silicon carbide/graphene core-shell structure nanomaterial for integrated circuit and electronic device. ADVANTAGE - Nanomaterial has no impurity and controlled thickness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A silicon carbide (SiC)/graphene core-shell structure nanomaterial is prepared by heating SiC into heating furnace at 400-650 degrees C to remove carbon, soaking into hydrogen fluoride (HF) solution for 20-26 hours to obtain pretreated SiC, repeatedly washing with deionized water, filtering, drying into oven to obtain desired SiC, weighing metal powder or compound, punching graphite paper to obtain punched graphite paper, laying metal powder or compound, punched graphite paper, and desired SiC into graphite crucible bottom, covering, putting graphite crucible into sintering furnace under atmospheric pressure, and sintering at 1200-1500 degrees C for 1-4 hours in which metal powder is silver (Ag), nickel (Ni), and/or zinc (Zn). DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a Raman spectrum chart of prepared SiC/graphene core-shell structure nanomaterial. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
