▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves performing coating on a surface of a transparent electrode substrate to form a liquid film by using electronic transmission precursor solution. Hot pressing is performed by using a graphene film grown on the substrate after bonding with the liquid film. A hot pressing temperature range is controlled from 70 degrees per Celsius to 350 degrees per Celsius. Pressure is maintained at 5MPa-30MPa. Temperature is detected. The substrate is removed by chemical etching. A graphene film electronic transmission layer is prepared. Electronic transmission precursor solution is selected from precursor solution of a metal oxide electronic transmission material. USE - Method for preparing a perovskite solar battery graphene electronic transmission layer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables using the liquid film to improve graphene and perovskite layer, wetting quality and combination effect of the transparent electrode, which can improve electronic transmission performance of the device, optimize photoelectric conversion performance of device and improve efficiency, voltage and current.
