NOVELTY - Preparing conductive fiber involves mixing graphene oxide and tetraethyl titanate solution, where tetraethyl titanate is hydrolyzed into titanium dioxide and coupled with graphene oxide electrostatically; obtaining graphene/titanium oxide (TiO2) conductive material by reducing graphene oxide, where graphene/TiO2 conductive material is made into plastic graphene/TiO2 conductive masterbatch which is melt-spun with Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) masterbatch to obtain conductive fiber. USE - Method for preparing conductive fibers used in manufacturing smart fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method for preparing conductive fibers helps in improving washing resistance and provides strong conductive durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a conductive fiber, which is prepared by method for preparing conductive fibers, where graphene content in conductive fiber is 5-12%, TiO2 content is 2-10%, and electrical resistance of conductive fiber is 1.5-2.7x 104 Omega x cm.
