▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A degradable mulching film comprises 80 pt. wt. plastic particles, 15 pt. wt. carbon black, 5 pt. wt. ionic liquid, 1.8 pt. wt. chain extender, 0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0.5 part UV absorber. The plastic particles are prepared by adding the methacryl-functional silane (silane coupling agent KH570) into absolute ethanol, stirring evenly, and adding zirconium silicate powder to obtain a sol solution, adding graphene to the sol solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-30 minutes, centrifuging and drying to obtain the graphene composite filler, adding PLA particles, phosphate buffered saline particles, plasticizers and graphene composite fillers to a kneader in a mass ratio of 150:120:85:50 for kneading, extruding and dicing to obtain plastic particles. USE - The degradable mulching film is useful for covering ground. Can also be used in weed regeneration of land and high temperature season vegetable cultivation. Can also be used in field of macromolecular materials. ADVANTAGE - The method can increase the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the prepared film; can increase the lubricity of plastic particles; reduces the generation of cracks; and is beneficial to increase the stretchability of the prepared mulch film and increase the service life. The degradable mulching film has good biological degradability; can be gradually decomposed by microorganism in a certain humidity and temperature environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing degradable mulching film comprising adding the composite masterbatch into the single-screw blow molding machine, where the single-screw blow molding machine has five temperature sections, setting the temperature of the first zone to 150-155℃, the temperature of the second zone to 160-175℃, the temperature of the third zone to 170-190℃, the temperature of the fourth zone to 170-190℃, the temperature of the fifth zone to 160-190℃, and the screw speed is 50 revolutions/minute, the traction speed is 0.2-0.3m/s, and blowing the composite masterbatch into a film to obtain a degradable mulch film.
