▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The modified reductive graphene oxide comprises surface grafted with organic amine containing primary amine functional group in chemical bond. The grafting ratio is 5-50 percent. The oxygen-containing groups on the surface of the graphene oxide are reduced by active hydrogen of the primary amine functional group. USE - Modified reduced graphene oxide used for nano-device, sensor, hydrogen storage material and field emission material. ADVANTAGE - The modified reduced graphene oxide has enhanced dispersibility in common organic solvents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of modified reduced graphene oxide, which involves (1) mixing oxidized graphene, an organic amine containing primary amine functional group and solvent at mass ratio of 1 g: 0.2-5 g: 0.04-0.2 l, obtaining a suspension in which the graphene oxide is uniformly dispersed, (2) heating at 150-230 degrees C for 1-25 hours, (3) cooling to room temperature, separating the reaction mixture, washing, drying and pulverizing.
