NOVELTY - A catalyst is prepared by adding ferric ammonium citrate solid powder in graphene oxide solution, heating or freeze drying to remove solvent to obtain solid powder, a mass ratio of ferric ammonium citrate and graphene oxide solution being 20:1-80:1; placing the solid powder in quartz boat, and putting in tube furnace; introducing inert gas, raising to 600-1000 degrees C, holding for 1 hour, and cooling to room temperature; and treating at 60-100 degrees C for 12-36 hours, filtering, water washing, and baking. USE - Method for preparing catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction of non-noble metal (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses inexpensive precursor, has simple preparation process, and is suitable for large-scale preparation.
