NOVELTY - A graphene powder is prepared by mixing carbon raw material and organic solvent in high temperature high pressure kettle; heating the kettle until the carbon raw material reaches supercritical state of organic solvent, and keeping for a certain time; releasing pressure of the kettle in short time, receiving the materials in the kettle, and obtaining graphene primary product; and repeatedly cleaning and centrifuging primary product using the organic solvent, further vacuum-drying and obtaining the final graphene powder product. USE - Method for preparation of graphene powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has mild reaction condition, and is finished in short time. The prepared graphene has large area with preserved crystal structure. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing is a schematic view showing device for preparing graphene powder.
