NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat conducting silicone pad involves taking a metal foil, growing a single layer graphene film by using chemical vapor deposition method on the surface of metal foil to obtain the graphene film/metal foil, and preparing silane coupling agent modified heat-conducting filler. The coupling agent modified heat-conducting filler, vinyl silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, inhibitor and catalyst are mixed to form a mixture material, rolled processed and compressed under the heating condition to prepare heat conducting silicone pad. USE - Method for preparing graphene heat conducting silicone pad (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene heat conducting silicone pad involves taking a metal foil, growing a single layer graphene film by using chemical vapor deposition method on the surface of metal foil to obtain the graphene film/metal foil, and preparing silane coupling agent modified heat-conducting filler. The coupling agent modified heat-conducting filler, vinyl silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, inhibitor and catalyst are mixed to form a mixture material, rolled processed and compressed under the heating condition to prepare heat conducting silicone pad. The graphene surface with thermal release tape of graphene thin film/metal foil is placed in the etching liquid until the metal foil is completely dissolved to obtain graphene film/thermal release tape. The graphene film/heat release tape is washed with de-ionized water, dried, and then the graphene film/heat release tape is adhered to the surface of graphene thin film and heat-conducting silica gel. The heat release adhesive tape is removed to obtain the graphite heat conducting silicone pad.
