NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide and nano-silicon oxide complex filler-reinforced dental adhesive, comprises e.g. blending graphene oxide and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified nano-silicon oxide in water, allowing it to stand for precipitation, removing supernatant and freeze-drying the precipitate to obtain graphene oxide and nano-silicon oxide complex, dissolving the graphene oxide and nano-silicon oxide complex in water, dispersing ultrasonically, sequentially adding hydroxyethyl methacrylate, emulsifier, water-soluble initiator and toluene, stirring to obtain a micro-emulsion. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide and nano-silicon oxide complex filler-reinforced dental adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adhesive increases the binding strength of tooth. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide and nano-silicon oxide complex filler-reinforced dental adhesive, comprises: (i) blending graphene oxide and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified nano-silicon oxide in water, stirring to mix uniformly and allowing it to stand for precipitation, removing supernatant and freeze-drying the precipitate to obtain graphene oxide and nano-silicon oxide complex; (ii) dissolving the graphene oxide and nano-silicon oxide complex in water, stirring and dispersing ultrasonically, sequentially adding hydroxyethyl methacrylate, emulsifier, water-soluble initiator and toluene, stirring to obtain a micro-emulsion, passing nitrogen, refluxing and heating to 60 degrees C for 3 hours, then carrying out centrifugal separation, vacuum drying at normal temperature and washing 3 times with ethanol to obtain polyhydroxyethyl methacrylate-modified graphene oxide and nano-silicon oxide complex; and (iii) uniformly mixing the surface-modified graphene oxide and nano-silicon oxide complex with an adhesive in diluent, then placing in a cell disruption device under ice water bath, sonicating, then dispersing with triethylene glycol dimethacrylate to obtain a solution-A, heating the solution-A to 60 degrees C, adding bisphenol-A-glycidyl methacrylate and stirring magnetically to obtain a mixed solution-B, cooling the mixed solution-B to room temperature, sequentially adding hydroxyethyl methacrylate, camphorquinone, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and 4-methacryloyloxyethyl trimellitic anhydride into the mixed solution-B, magnetically stirring and dispersing ultrasonically.
