NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-silicon carbide modification nano nonwoven fabric is prepared by taking 4-6 g graphite, 20-40 mL concentrated sulfuric acid, 20-30 g potassium permanganate and 50-70 mL deionized water, mixing, heating at 60-80 degrees C for 6-7 hours, cooling, filtering, washing with purified water, adding 30-50 mL concentrated sulfuric acid and 35-45 g potassium permanganate, heating at 30-40 degrees C for 1-2 hours, stirring for 3-5 hours, adding 400-600 mL purified water, dissolving, adding 30-50 mL of 30 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide solution, stirring for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing, drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide-silicon carbide modification nano nonwoven fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fabric has excellent flame and water resistance. It has flame retardant grade of FAR25-853 and CCAR-25 standard vertical flame retardant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide-silicon carbide modification nano nonwoven fabric is prepared by taking 4-6 g graphite, 20-40 mL concentrated sulfuric acid, 20-30 g potassium permanganate and 50-70 mL deionized water, mixing, heating at 60-80 degrees C for 6-7 hours, cooling, filtering, washing with purified water, adding 30-50 mL concentrated sulfuric acid and 35-45 g potassium permanganate, heating at 30-40 degrees C for 1-2 hours, stirring for 3-5 hours, adding 400-600 mL purified water, dissolving, adding 30-50 mL of 30 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide solution, stirring for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing, drying to obtain graphene oxide, taking 1.5-4:1 mol ratio of carbon and silicon, adding ethyl orthosilicate and sucrose, mixing, adding dilute hydrochloric acid, regulating pH value to 4-5, standing for 12-18 hours at 50-90 degrees C, taking product, pumping nitrogen, sintering at 800-1100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, obtaining nano silicon carbide, taking polystyrene, polyacrylamide 66, graphene oxide, silicon carbide and pentaerythritol, carbonizing, extruding, and electrostatic spinning.
