▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of oxygen-free copper-based high-strength composite material involves (s1) uniformly mixing chromium powder, nano titanium carbide and graphene/copper composite powder to obtain a mixture, and (s2) placing the mixture in a mold, performing discharge plasma sintering at 850-1000℃ and 20-50 MPa for 5-7 minutes under protective gas, and demolding after natural cooling. USE - Preparation of oxygen-free copper-based high-strength composite material for electric appliance and electronic industry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare oxygen-free copper-based high-strength composite material that has excellent mechanical property.
