▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-coated copper alloy composite material involves cleaning copper alloy as base, then chemically removing impurities with dilute hydrochloric acid, cleaning and drying. The processed copper alloy is placed in chemical vapor deposition reaction chamber to seal the reaction chamber. The vacuum pump is used to make the pressure of the deposition reaction chamber below 10 pascal, heating is started after heating with hydrogen and protective gas. The copper alloy material reaches predetermined temperature for heat preservation, then passed carbon-containing gas or mixed gas containing carbon-containing gas, kept heat until the carbon-containing gas is cracked and deposited as graphene on the surface of the copper alloy, and then temperature is reduced to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing graphene-coated copper alloy composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-coated copper alloy composite material that increases contact angle of the copper alloy surface, and enhances hydrophobic characteristics.
