NOVELTY - A graphene manufacturing apparatus (10) has a reactor (1) with which gas which contains a carbon compound is supplied and which is charged with the catalyst (2) containing silicon carbide, nickel and zeolite, and microwave exposure portion (3) which irradiates a microwave to the catalyst in the reactor. The apparatus advances reaction by making the carbon compound as a substrate in presence of the catalyst which is activated by heating by the microwave exposure by the microwave exposure portion, to obtain graphene. USE - Apparatus used for manufacture of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The apparatus enables efficient manufacture of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene, which involves activating the catalyst by heating by irradiating with microwave, and advancing the reaction in which the carbon compound contained in the gas which contacts the catalyst is made as substrate in presence of the activated catalyst.
