NOVELTY - The manufacture of graphene involves mixing acid intercalated graphite powder, concentrated sulfuric acid and ammonium persulfate to obtain mixed solution, leaving stand at room temperature for 1-50 days, filtering acid intercalated graphite, adding graphite powder into ultrasonic stripper or high shear stripper to exfoliate graphene, centrifuging to obtain graphene in wet state, and freeze-drying to obtain powdered graphene, where amount of concentrated sulfuric acid and ammonium persulfate is 1-100 times and 1-50 times of the amount of acid intercalated graphite powder. USE - Manufacture of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene with more than 5 layers, intrinsic physical and chemical properties, complete molecular structure and high quality, without graphene oxide component.
