NOVELTY - Super-hydrophobic coating with photothermal deicing and long-acting anti-corrosion performance comprises 21.1-31.6 wt.% epoxy modified organosilicone resin, 9-9.5 wt.% functionalized silicon dioxide nanoparticles, 1.9-4.5 wt.% functionalized titanium carbide nanoparticles, 0.1-0.2 wt.% functionalized graphene oxide, 6.3-7.5 wt.% curing agent N75, and 50.2-53.5 wt.% organic solvent, where the functionalized silicon dioxide nano-particle is octadecyl modified silicon dioxide nano-particle, functionalized titanium carbide nano-particle is octadecyl modified titanium carbide nano-particle, functionalized graphene oxide is octadecyl modified graphene oxide, and the organic solvent solvent is ethyl acetate. USE - The coating is useful in field of power transportation, aviation transportation, wind turbine and ocean vessel. ADVANTAGE - The coating: exhibits excellent near infrared photo-thermal conversion ability; can reach irradiation area temperature of more than 65℃ after the near-infrared light irradiation for 100 seconds; has photothermal de-icing performance; uses non-permeable functional graphene oxide in the filler, which makes the corrosion medium diffusion path become complex, so as to realize long-acting anti corrosion performance.
