▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Substrate for flexible light emitting device comprises a flexible substrate, and a conductive layer, where the conductive layer is graphene film. The flexible substrate is inorganic luminous nano particle doped ultraviolet (UV) photo-curable silicone adhesive. The UV photo-curable silicone adhesive comprises (in wt.%) photosensitive polysiloxane (92-99.5), photo-initiator (0.1-5), and diluent and auxiliary agent (0.4-6). USE - Used as a substrate for flexible light emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The substrate solves the problem of roughness of conductive layer surface; increases the bonding force between the conductive layer and the flexible substrate; and improves the conductivity of substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the substrate for flexible light emitting device, comprising (i) cleaning the rigid substrate (e.g. copper foil, iron foil or nickel foil), whose surface roughness is less than 1 nm, and blow drying using dry nitrogen, , (ii) carrying out chemical vapor deposition to prepare graphene film on the clean rigid substrate, where the carbon source utilized in preparation condition includes methane, ethane, propane, butane, methanol, and/or ethanol, and growth condition of graphene film is 700-1000 degrees C under atmospheric pressure or negative pressure, (iii) spin coating or spray coating the inorganic luminous nano particle doped UV photo-curable silicone adhesive with graphene film, the UV photo-curable silicone adhesive raw material comprises (in wt.%) photosensitive polysiloxane (92-99.5), photoinitiator (0.1-5) and diluent (0.4-6) and auxiliary agent, (iv) carrying out UV solidification curing process to the rigid base substrate for 30 seconds, (v) peeling off the graphene oxide film and inorganic luminous nano particle doped UV photo-curable silicone adhesive from the rigid substrate surface to obtain flexible conductive substrate, and and (vi) testing the transmittance, conductivity of the flexible substrate, and each parameter of the surface appearance.
