▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a graphene micro structure by a chemical vapor deposition. The chemical vapor deposition is transferred to a polymer substrate. A lower refractive index polymer is provided with a graphene layer. The graphene micro structure is provided with a laminated film structure and an upper prism. S-polarization and P-polarization signals are detected by a balance detector. Angle of an incident light is changed according to different refractive indexes for reading recorded data information of the graphene layer. USE - Graphene polarization characteristic based optical multi-layer film information storage method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing graphene polarization characteristic based optical multi-layer film information storage process in a quick and simple manner and improving reading process of the recorded data information of the graphene layer with high working efficiency.
