NOVELTY - The material has an original glass that is rapidly cooled in high-speed air to make the surface cool and then deform. The pre-pressure is applied to the surface when the internal cooling produces deformation. A PC board is cut to the same size as the original glass, and is dried after cleaning. The back of the two original glass sheets is pasted on one side of the elastomer layer in a dust-free environment. A polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, graphene film, PC board, graphene film, PC board, graphene film, PET film are laminated in sequence between the original glass sheets with the laminated elastomer layer. The edges of the combined glass sheet are sealed with seals and glue is injected through a flat press to obtain a composite sheet. The glue-injected composite sheet is sent into an autoclave. The glue-injected composite sheet is heat up for 2 hours, keep it warm for 2 hours, and finally cool down to obtain bulletproof glass. The elastomer layer is polyvinyl butyral film.
