NOVELTY - Packaging comprises (i) a mechanical support layer, a reduced graphene oxide layer located on the upper side of the mechanical support layer and comprising reduced graphene oxide sheets, a heat-shrinkable layer arranged above the reduced graphene oxide layer and a sealant layer positioned above the heat-shrinkable layer, or (ii) the heat shrink layer, the reduced graphene oxide layer located above the heat-shrinkable layer and the sealant layer positioned above the reduced graphene oxide layer, where the reduced graphene oxide sheets form electrostatic interactions between the reduced graphene oxide sheets adjacent to each other, and the packaging has a tubular form surrounding an outer surface of an electrode assembly. USE - The package is useful for a flexible secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The packaging has improved moisture barrier properties and flexibility, and alleviates stress generated when flexible secondary battery is bent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing the packaging involving preparing a mechanical support layer, forming a graphene oxide layer by coating and drying a dispersion composition in which graphene oxide particles and metal salts are dispersed on an upper side of the mechanical support layer, reducing the graphene oxide layer to form a reduced graphene oxide layer, forming the sealant layer on the upper side of the reduced graphene oxide layer, and surrounding the outer surface of the flexible secondary battery electrode assembly with packaging of the flexible secondary battery so that the sealant layer is adjacent to the outer surface of the flexible secondary battery electrode assembly; and (2) a flexible secondary battery comprising an electrode assembly and the packaging surrounding the outer surface of the electrode assembly.
