NOVELTY - Preparing a yak wool loop yarn involves decolorizing the yak velvet through the decolorization process. The decolorized yak wool is dyed through a dyeing process to obtain dyed yak wool. The dyed yak wool is passed through a semi-worsted process to obtain yak wool roving. The yak wool roving and the core fixing yarn are twisted through the twisting process to obtain the yak wool loop yarn. The decolorization process includes yak hair pretreatment, oxidation decolorization treatment and reduction decolorization treatment. The oxidative decolorizing liquid used in the oxidative decolorizing treatment includes hydrogen peroxide, sodium pyrophosphate and malic acid. USE - Method for preparing a yak wool loop yarn. ADVANTAGE - The method has a good decolorization effect, and improves the decolorization process.
