▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves preparing partially transparent and conductive layer (22) comprising graphene. A dispersion comprising graphene oxide is applied onto substrate (21) to form graphene oxide layer on substrate. A portion of graphene oxide layer heated by irradiation of laser beam (34) at specific laser output power to provide required energy density, so that portion of graphene oxide is chemically reduced to graphene (33) and thickness of graphene oxide layer is physically reduced by ablation. USE - Method for preparing graphene layer of electronic device and optoelectronic device (all claimed) such as organic LED and display. ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer is prepared effectively with desirable transparency and conductivity by simplified process, by heating the portion of graphene oxide layer by laser irradiation at specific laser output power, so that portion of graphene oxide is chemically reduced to graphene.
