NOVELTY - Mixing and preparing non-woven fabric comprises (i) preparing graphene powder by ball milling graphene particles, adding graphene powder into stirring device, spraying modifying agent liquid onto graphene powder by atomizing nozzle, stirring, pausing stirring device for every stirring of 15 minutes, spraying modifying agent liquid and adjusting inclination angle of tank body until modifying agent liquid is sprayed, and discharging the material to obtain modified graphene powder, (ii) mixing and extruding other elastomer slices and modified graphene powder, granulating, crystallizing, and drying to obtain modified particles, where the modified fiber is prepared by melt-spinning the modified particles, (iii) extruding polypropylene (PP) slices, granulating, crystallizing and drying to obtain PP particles, melting and spinning PP particles to prepare PP fibers, and (iv) loosening and mixing PP fiber and modified fiber to complete the process. USE - The method is useful for mixing and preparing non-woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method: modifies graphene powder by modifying agent liquid to avoid the agglomeration of graphene during the mixing process; is excellent for uniformly mixing the fibers; increases the uniformity of the intensity of the produced non-woven fabric; and ensures the quality of the nonwoven fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Mixing and preparing non-woven fabric comprises (i) preparing graphene powder by ball milling graphene particles, adding graphene powder into stirring device, spraying modifying agent liquid onto graphene powder by atomizing nozzle for 0.5 minutes, controlling flow rate of atomizing nozzle to 0.5 l/minute, stirring at 80℃ and at 200-500 revolutions per minute (rpm), pausing stirring device for every stirring of 15 minutes, spraying modifying agent liquid for 0.5 minutes and adjusting inclination angle of tank body according to same conditions until modifying agent liquid is sprayed, and discharging the material to obtain modified graphene powder, (ii) mixing and extruding other elastomer slices and modified graphene powder, granulating, crystallizing, and drying to obtain modified particles, where the modified fiber is prepared by melt-spinning the modified particles, (iii) extruding polypropylene (PP) slices, granulating, crystallizing and drying to obtain PP particles, melting and spinning PP particles to prepare PP fibers, and (iv) loosening and mixing PP fiber and modified fiber to complete the process.
