NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide comprises (i) taking mixture of graphite powder and graphene as raw material, (ii) adding raw material into reaction kettle, and adding extract in the reaction kettle for extraction to obtain suspension, (iii) subjecting suspension obtained in the previous step to separation and filtration to obtain graphene oxide solution, (iv) subjecting graphene solution obtained in the previous step to vacuum distillation treatment to obtain graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is fast and has high efficiency; and product is environmentally friendly and has no acid residue and no metal ion residue.
