▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves opening multiple through holes (11) on a heat graphene sheet. A metal layer is attached on a surface of the heat graphene sheet after the through holes are opened to obtain graphene of a metal-based radiating material. The holes are matched on a surface of a multi-layer substrate (10). USE - Method for manufacturing a substrate of a metal composite radiating material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving bonding force between the graphene layer of the heat conducting sheet so as to improve strength. The method enables realizing simple vapour deposition process, easy function, forming the metal layer on the surface of the graphene sheet after the opening of the through-hole, so that the bonding force of the metal layer to the graphene layer can be improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a substrate; and (2) a method for manufacturing a graphene of metal composite radiating material; and (3) graphene metal composite radiating material.
