NOVELTY - An environment-friendly degradable high-density polyethylene pipe material comprises 20-40 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 10-20 pts. wt. toughening masterbatch, 5-10 pts. wt. superfine calcium carbonate, 4-12 pts. wt. glass fiber, 2-6 pts. wt. nano silicon powder, 2-6 pts. wt. graphene, 3-9 pts. wt. hollow microbeads, 2-8 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 4-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 2-8 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Environment-friendly degradable high-density polyethylene pipe material. ADVANTAGE - The pipe material has excellent flame retardant, pressure-resisting property, anti-tearing performance, and good degradation performance and does not pollute the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the pipe material comprising mixing superfine calcium carbonate, glass fiber, nano silicon micro powder, graphene, hollow microsphere, and carbon nanotube and milling for 4-10 minutes; adding toughening master batch, silane coupling agent, and flame retardant, fully mixing, and low-speed stirring at 200-400 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 8-18 minutes; adding high density polyethylene and mixing at 180-220 degrees C for 20-50 minutes; and extruding.
