NOVELTY - Electrically conductive and controllable electric heating coating comprises a conductive material including graphite powder, carbon nanotubes and graphene, 0.02-0.08% resin additive material and water, where the ratio of emulsion A, graphite powder, carbon nanotubes, and graphene is in a ratio of 1:0.05-0.1:0.06-0.1:0.01-0.1 and the electrothermal coating contains 0.02-0.08% resin filler. USE - Used as electrically conductive and controllable electric heating coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing electrothermal coating comprising (1) adding conductive material and resin binder to water, mixing and stirring at 2000-4000 revolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes, (2) adding carbon nanotube slurry, stirring at 6000-10000 revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes and adding the aqueous resin emulsion and stirring at 800-1500 revolutions/minute for 2-5 minutes.
