▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing the copper powder and the chromium powder uniformly in a protective atmosphere to form a first mixed powder. A graphene layer is formed on the surface of the copper powder by chemical vapor deposition to form a second mixed powder of copper-based graphene and chromium powder. The second mixed powder is cold-pressed and then sintered to obtain a preform. The preform is re-pressed and re-fired to obtain an electrical contact material. USE - Method for preparing graphene-reinforced copper chromium electric contact material used in relay and contactor, breaker and other electric appliance switch field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-reinforced copper chromium electric contact material with good dispersibility, simple preparation technique and low energy consumption. The mixed powder is directly applied to the preparation of electric contact, ensuring the integrity of the graphene on the copper surface, improving the corrosion resistance of the copper-chromium alloy material, and thus improving the mechanical property and physical property, corrosion resistance and arc corrosion resistance.
