NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-based rubber composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber, 0.1-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol composite, 0.5-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyral, 30-60 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.5-4 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-6 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.5-2 pts. wt. promoter and 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. scorch retarder. USE - Used as graphene oxide-based rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; enhance the graphene oxide dispersibility in the rubber mixing process; and improves each performance index of rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide-based rubber composite material comprising (i) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonic treating at 100-800 W for 1-3 hours to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide dispersion, where the concentration of the graphene oxide dispersion is 0.01-5 g/l, (ii) dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in deionized water, configuring 1-10% aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution, dissolving, adding into the graphene oxide dispersion, the mass ratio between graphene oxide and polyvinyl alcohol is 1:10-100, and ultrasonic dispersing at 100-800 W10 minutes to 1 hours under the power to obtain graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol dispersion, (iii) drying the graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol dispersion at room temperature for 2-24 hours to obtain graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol composite, the mass ratio between graphene oxide and polyvinyl alcohol is 1:10-100, (iv) adding rubber, graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol composite, polyvinyl butyral, carbon black, zinc oxide, stearic acid and antioxidant into the mixer to obtain masterbatch piece, where the mixer rotor speed is 45-55 revolutions per minute, and the top plug pressure is 0.3-0.5 MPa, the rubberizing time is 50-140 seconds, the discharging temperature is 150-165 degrees C, and (v) adding obtained masterbatch piece into the internal mixer, adding sulfur, accelerator and scorch retarder, where the rotor speed is 20-40 revolutions per minute, the top plug pressure is 0.3-0.5 MPa, rubberizing for 50-130 seconds, and discharging at 90-110 degrees C to obtain final product.
