▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/rubber composite material based on spray drying and hot pressing vulcanization involves adding 100mg graphene in 0.1 milliliter of deionized water. The obtained mixture is stirred for 20-60 minutes with ultrasonic frequency of 10-100khz to obtain graphene dispersion. 100g rubber is added in a 500ml water. The obtained mixture is added with 1-10g vulcanization agent, 0.1-5g accelerant, 0-100g reinforcing agent, 0.5 to 10 g anti-aging agent, 0-50g softening agent, 1-20g active agent, 0.5-50g foaming agent and 0-50g coupling agent. USE - Method for preparing graphene/rubber composite material based on spray drying and hot pressing vulcanization (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/rubber composite material based on spray drying and hot pressing vulcanization in an eco-friendly manner with wide applicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/rubber composite material based on spray drying and hot pressing vulcanization involves adding 100mg graphene in 0.1 milliliter of deionized water. The obtained mixture is stirred for 30-60 minutes with the rotation speed of 100-800r/min. The concentration of the graphene to rubber latex is 10 mg/ml to 500 mg/ml. The mass ratio of the graphene and styrene butadiene latex is (0.01 to 800 g):1l. The inlet temperature is adjusted to 50 to 240 degrees C. The feeding speed of the graphene to rubber emulsion is 10 to 1000ml/h. The intake air quantity is 10 to 500 m3 per hour. The argon flow rate is 50 to 1000l/h. The reaction time is 5-50minutes. The temperature in the collector is reduced. The obtained graphene/rubber composite material powder is molded, vulcanized and then cooled. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene, which involves: (A) taking natural crystalline flake graphite as raw material; (B) sieving and carrying out microwave treatment for 1 to 10 min to obtain the expansion graphite; (C) adding adding expanded graphite in 0.01 to 30 mg/ml concentrated dispersant dodecyl sodium benzenesulfonate ethanol solution; (D) stirring the obtained mixture with rotation speed of 100-800r/min; and (E) using liquid phase mechanical stripping method to prepare graphene.
