NOVELTY - Lithium battery soft package laminated core comprises a current collector (1), a coating material and an edge coating with insulating adhesive material, and protective layer with insulating film material. A coating material is coated at the center of both sides of the current collector. An edge coating is coated on both sides of both sides of the current collector. Multiple protective layers are arranged at both ends of the current collector. Two corresponding protection layers form a set of R angle protection groups. The longitudinal extending direction of the current collector is provided with multiple equidistantly arranged R angle protection groups. USE - Used as lithium battery soft package laminated core. ADVANTAGE - The core: has improved stretchability of the current collector, improved production efficiency, and reduced risk of aluminum-plastic film damage; prevents the burr of current collector generated in the cutting process from piercing the diaphragm; improves traditional boehmite edge coating and ceramic coating after drying is crisp; and reduces the problem of large waste caused by the broken belt when the roller is pressed.
