▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - High temperature resistant nitrile rubber material, comprises 55-75 pts. wt. modified nitrile base material, 10-15 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. stearic acid, 5-15 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, and 5-10 pts. wt. sulfur. The preparation of high temperature resistant nitrile rubber material, comprises adding modified nitrile base material into mixer for carrying out plasticization for 5 minutes, then orderly adding silicon dioxide and sulfur, kneading for 10 minutes, discharging, cooling to 35degrees Celsius, then transferring to the open mixer, orderly adding magnesium oxide, stearic acid and dicumyl peroxide, mixing for 15 minutes, then vulcanizing for 3 minutes at 150-160degrees Celsius to obtain final product. USE - Used as high temperature resistant nitrile rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The nitrile rubber material has excellent high temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high temperature resistant nitrile rubber material adding modified nitrile base material into mixer for carrying out plasticization for 5 minutes, then orderly adding silicon dioxide and sulfur, kneading for 10 minutes, discharging, cooling to 35degrees Celsius, then transferring to the open mixer, orderly adding magnesium oxide, stearic acid and dicumyl peroxide, mixing for 15 minutes, then vulcanizing for 3 minutes at 150-160degrees Celsius to obtain final product.
