NOVELTY - A polyurea elastomer comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) includes 100 pts. wt. isocyanate-terminated polymer containing unsaturated bonds. The component (B) includes 80-110 pts. wt. amino compound, 10-20 pts. wt. initiator, 10-20 pts. wt. accelerator and 1-100 pts. wt. filling. USE - Polyurea elastomer. ADVANTAGE - The polyurea elastomer has high cross-linking degree, high waterproof performance and anti-corrosion ability, improves the heat resistance of the material, and improves the stability of the material structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of polyurea elastomer, which involves (1) reacting and polymerizing an unsaturated bond-containing polymer with terminal hydroxyl or terminal amino group and a polyisocyanate compound under certain conditions to obtain an isocyanate-terminated unsaturated bond with a certain molecular weight isocyanate-terminated unsaturated bond-containing polymer, (2) mixing the amino compound with initiator, accelerator, filler and other components uniformly, (3) forming the component (A) and the component (B) by solvent spraying or solventless spraying, after molding, according to the required temperature of the initiator, and initiating the unsaturated bond free radical crosslinking reaction.
