NOVELTY - Transferring graphene from small molecular paraffin involves growing single layer graphene film as substrate copper foil, where methane is carbon source, hydrogen is reducing gas, argon gas is loading gas and cooling gas. The copper foil is used as substrate and catalyst, where growth of graphene film material is attached on surface of copper foil. The surface of graphene film material in oxygen plasma is etched for 10-30 minutes and other side is transferred. USE - Method for transferring graphene from small molecular paraffin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to transfer graphene from small molecular paraffin in continuous manner that has excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Transferring graphene from small molecular paraffin involves growing single layer graphene film as substrate copper foil, where methane is carbon source, hydrogen is reducing gas, argon gas is loading gas and cooling gas. The copper foil is used as substrate and catalyst, where growth of graphene film material is attached on surface of copper foil. The surface of graphene film material in oxygen plasma is etched for 10-30 minutes and other side is transferred. The solid paraffin is heated to paraffin liquid which is spin-coated to graphene-coated copper sheet to obtain paraffin/graphene/copper sandwich composite layer. The composite layer is cooled to room temperature and copper is etched to obtain paraffin/graphene film, which is washed with deionized water multiple times and transferred to target substrate to obtain paraffin/graphene film based composite layer. The composite layer is removed by annealing to remove paraffin layer and cooled to room temperature.
