▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fabricating titanium suboxide (TSO)-graphene composite, comprises laser irradiating doped titanium oxide polymer sheets, where the laser is carbon dioxide infrared laser. USE - The method is useful fabricating titanium suboxide-graphene composite which is used: to prepare titanium suboxide-graphene composite sheet for laser-induced titanium suboxide-graphene composite electrode (all claimed); in electro-catalysis and photo-catalysis applications; and for electrochemical dye removal and virus inactivation experiments. ADVANTAGE - The method: fabricates titanium suboxide composite with graphene which does not require any chemical treatment; provides facile, single-step and cost-effective method for fabricating titanium suboxide-graphene composite by infrared laser irradiation on titanium dioxide doped polymer sheet; provides fabricated electrodes that show excellent electrochemical three dimensional performance due to the generation of hydroxy radical as a result of the conversion of the titanium dioxide to titanium suboxide upon laser irradiation; and does not require any thermal treatment or any chemical treatment to reduce the oxidation state of titanium oxides. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for titanium suboxide-graphene composite sheet prepared by the method.
