▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Poly(3-methylthiophene)/graphene (P3MT/GE) modified glassy carbon electrode is formed by coating GE dispersion liquid on polished glassy carbon electrode surface, evaporating the solvent to obtain sensitive film-coated GE modified glassy carbon electrode, dripping pure P3MT monomer into acetonitrile solution containing lithium perchlorate, ultrasonically processing to obtain monomer mixed solution, placing the sensitive film-coated GE modified glassy carbon electrode in the monomer mixed solution, and conducting cyclic voltammetry polymerization. USE - P3MT/GE modified glassy carbon electrode used for paracetamol drug detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The P3MT/GE modified glassy carbon electrode has simple preparation, low cost, good repeatability, and high stability, is non-toxic and environment-friendly, and achieves lowest detection limit at 0.02 mu mol/L. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - P3MT/GE modified glassy carbon electrode is formed by adding graphene with N,N-dimethylformamide and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain GE dispersion liquid, coating GE dispersion liquid on polished glassy carbon electrode surface, evaporating the solvent to obtain sensitive film-coated GE modified glassy carbon electrode, dripping pure P3MT monomer into acetonitrile solution containing lithium perchlorate, ultrasonically processing for half an hour to obtain monomer mixed solution, placing the sensitive film-coated GE modified glassy carbon electrode in the monomer mixed solution, conducting cyclic voltammetry polymerization at 0.2-1.7 V for 5-30 (no units given) at scanning speed of 100 mV/s, and obtaining the product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for paracetamol drug detection using P3MT/GE modified glassy carbon electrode comprising adding P3MT/GE modified glassy carbon electrode in buffer solution having a pH of 2.9-7.3, adding paracetamol, and detecting the electrochemical response by cyclic voltammetry at scanning speed of 10-100 mV/s and differential pulse voltammetry.
