▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A cobalt-based amorphous alloy film comprises 65-85 wt.% cobalt, 3-6.5 wt.% iron, greater than 1 wt.% to less than 5 wt.% boron, 2-15 wt.% silicon, 0.5-6 wt.% nickel, and greater than or equal 0 to less than 2.5 wt.% molybdenum. USE - The cobalt-based amorphous alloy film is useful as magnetic conductive layer in electromagnetic shielding film used in device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cobalt-based amorphous alloy film has excellent magnetic performance, permeability and shielding efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the cobalt-based amorphous alloy film; and (2) an electromagnetic shielding film, which comprises a carrier layer, a magnetic conductive layer, which is the cobalt-based amorphous alloy thin film, and a protective layer.
