NOVELTY - Preparation of bonded silver wire with graphene film involves adding trace metal elements to silver, vacuum melting, and casting silver alloy bar into 6-10 mm; drawing 0.5-1.0 mm wire from silver alloy bar material; intermediate annealing at 400-800 degrees C for 2-6 hours under nitrogenous protective atmosphere; drawing silver alloy wire continuously to obtain superfine silver alloy wire with 0.01-0.03 mm diameter; continuing annealing at 400-600 degrees C for 0.2-0.6 second to obtain microelectronic package bonded silver wire; and configuring using 1.0-10.0 mg/mL graphene oxide solution, and drying. USE - Method for preparing bonded silver wire with graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves bonding silver oxidation resistance, and has low cost.
