NOVELTY - Liquid grinding complete set equipment comprises a feed chute (1) and (2), grinding colloid mill (3) orderly connected by pipeline, a reservoir (4), a mixing tank (5), a slurry filter, a spray drying tower and cyclone centrifuge, each part is respectively provided with a flow valve, a circumfluence circulating pipe is set between the material outlet and the material inlet of the colloid mill, a pressurizing pump is set between the spray drying tower by the slurry filter, respectively installing fast stirring paddle, a mixing tank and reservoir. USE - The liquid grinding complete set equipment is useful for preparing graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The liquid grinding complete set equipment is simple, safe, has non oxidation and no need high temperature, environment-friendly, considerable yield and suitable for industrial production. The method is economical and environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene material using liquid grinding complete set equipment, comprising (i) adding water soluble adhesive substance into feed tank (1) and graphite powder into feed tank (2), (ii) opening the valve 10 to flow adhesive substance into colloid mill, beginning to run the colloid mill, opening valve 11, adding graphite powder, continuously running into colloid mill, milling, separating the graphite added, optionally, opening valve 12, closing valves 10 and 11, through the return circulation pipe 18, repeatedly milling, separating the graphite powder, (iii) after completing the stripping of graphene, so that the valve 12 is in the closed state, valve 13 is in the open state, the adhering state of the graphene material and peeling back into mixing tank, valve 14 is in the open state, introducing solvent reservoir into mixing tank, dissolving adhesive substance to obtain the graphene slurry, (iv) the valve 15 is in the open state, the obtained graphene slurry in the slurry filter, filtering, removing un-stripped graphite powder to obtain graphene solution, and (v) valve 16 is in the open state, the graphene after filtering the solution pumping into spray drying tower by the pressure pump 7, opening the valve 17, transferring spray dried graphene powder into cyclone centrifugal separator, by adjusting the speed to reach the purpose of granulating so as to obtain the graphene material particles.
