▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-nano-zinc-copper alloy core-shell structured conductive material comprises (i) preparing zinc oxide thin film on the substrate using direct current magnetic control sputtering system, (ii) subjecting the zinc film to high temperature annealing treatment, and zinc film forms spherical zinc particles during the process, (iii) depositing a copper film on the surface of the annealed zinc particles using direct current magnetron sputtering system, (iv) subjecting composite material with copper film to high temperature annealing treatment, standard liquid copper film migrates during the process and coating on the surface of the nano zinc particles, (v) depositing graphene on the surface of the nano zinc-copper particles containing the substrate using a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition system and coating on the surface of the nano zinc copper particles to obtain final product. USE - The graphene-nano-zinc-copper alloy core-shell structured conductive material. is useful in conductive and electric heating substrates. ADVANTAGE - The product: has excellent electrical conductivity.
