▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of molybdenum disulfide/carbon/iron oxide composite material with three-dimensional structure involves (a) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding sodium molybdate and thiourea, and stirring, (b) carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the mixed solution, cooling, filtering, washing, drying and grinding to obtain metal sulfonate/graphene composite powder, (c) ultrasonically dissolving the ferrocene in acetonitrile, then adding metal sulfonate or graphene oxide composite powder for ultrasonic dispersion, (d) transferring the mixture to the microwave for reaction, and (e) calcining the obtained material under the protection of inert gas or nitrogen. USE - Preparation method of molybdenum disulfide/carbon/oxides of iron composite material with three-dimensional structure for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare MoS2/carbon/FeOx composite material with three-dimensional structure, which has high specific capacity and circulation stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a MoS2/carbon/FeOx composite material of 3D structure.
